Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations:
- Orders that have not been processed or packed in our system can be canceled via email or telephone for a full refund, including shipping costs.
- To ensure timely cancellations, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, as we process orders promptly.

Returns:
- If your order has already been processed or packed, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of shipment.
- Returned products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and all other materials.

Shipping Costs:
- If the returned product is free from defects, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
